Shaun also still owns the Bang Bang Club which remains uncontested as the party spot in Cape Town; hosting the city’s most successful student night –Get Dumb – weekly, as well as international and local DJ’s on rotation – featuring the man himself, Mr Shaun Duvet, when he’s in town to rock his home ground.

In-studio plans for the rest of this year include collaborations with some of the biggest local and international talent. Shaun's production team, Shaun Duvet and Soft Serve, earned incredible reviews in media last year and huge respect on the international dance scene with three of their mixes being released with Pacha Recordings, Sony Music and Soul Candi, as well as a SAMA nomination. Shaun and SoftServe's first release of 2010 is dropping sooner than you know with a remix package built for every dance floor as well as a music video to boot! Shaun has also released his summer 2009/ 2010 video blog soon which is an exciting and in-depth highlight package of Shaun's past summer season including the following events which rated amongst South Africa’s hottest and most high profile parties of the past season:

    • Rock The Boat - Anything Goes was also involved in booking all the entertainment and production and Shaun himself rocked that boat over the 3 day period, leaving crowds begging for more!  www.rocktheboat.co.za
    • The L’Ormarins Queens Plate 2009.  Shaun is one of this exclusive gigs’ resident DJ’s and played at the most recent event to a hugely appreciative crowd of the 6, 000 people which is capacity for this very selective event.  www.lqp.co.za
    • Kurland Polo event after party:  This was a part of the OTT series (Over the Top) and was held in Plettenberg Bay at the Kurland Polo Estate in December 2009.  The crème de la crème of South African society converged upon the estate dressed in their finery to watch some polo and schmooze – and promptly forget their decorum and got down and dirty as  soon as Shaun hit the decks.  Rated as THE party in Plett this summer
